Making Minspeak Materials provides families, teachers, and therapists with simple tools for making educational and support materials for students and adults using Minspeak programs. Making Minspeak Materials (MMM) comes on CD only and is compatible for PC and Macintosh computers. Adobe Reader and Microsoft Word is required to use all materials on the CD.
On the CD,you will find the following helpful authoring documents:
- Quickly and easily modify classroom and therapy materials using the Icon Sticker Sheets. There are Icon Sticker Sheets for the core icons from the main overlay for Unity®128, Unity®84, Unity®45 One-Hit, and Unity®32 Springboard. Print out the icon sticker sheets and use a cut/paste method to make materials.
- Save time making materials on your computer using the Unity® Icon Cribsheets for the core icons on the main overlayfor Unity®128, Unity®84, Unity®45 One-Hit, and Unity®32 Springboard. Instructions teach you how to copy icons from the cribsheets and paste them into new documents on your computer.
- Templates for common materials (e.g., flashcards, game boards, mini-scripts, story booklets, etc.) Use any of the templates with the sticker sheets or crib sheets to make customized classroom and therapy materials.
- Tips and Tutorials on making materials. You don't have to be an expert to use Making Minspeak Materials.
